This company have an exciting opportunity for an Events Executive to join their expanding team. This position would suit a candidate who has 1-2 years working within a similar role, someone who is keen to be part of a fantastic team, with a passion for events and marketing. This position will be hybrid working after probation. 

Salary - £25,000pa 
Hours - Monday - Friday (Hybrid working after probation) 

Some of the duties include:

• Supporting the Senior Marketing Exec and Marketing Manager with industry events
• Providing support in managing the company events and awards calendar 
• Assist with the planning and coordination of internal company events 
• Booking accommodation and travel for staff for any events
• Working closely with event suppliers and venues
• Creating and scheduling event marketing activity 
• Researching industry specific events to attend and exhibit at
• Participating at events, working alongside the sales team  
• Working well as part of a successful marketing team 
• Acting as the point of contact for suppliers when ordering items such a printed material and banners
• Writing entries for specific awards

The suitable candidate: 

• A relevant degree would be beneficial 
• 1-2 years experience within an events role
• Strong written and communication skills 
• Passionate about marketing and events
• Strong attention to detail 
• Strong organisational skills 
• Good time management skills
• Great team player
