Have you previously run a project to bring Payroll in house?
Have you got management experience?
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to oversee the current payroll function and then launch a project of implementing an in house payroll system. The company have historically used a payroll bureau but as they continue to grow it is time to run the full process in house.
You will sit between the finance team and HR and manage one person so you need to have proven management experience.
This position will have overall responsibility for the UK payroll on a monthly basis for up to 700 employees.
The client is looking for people with strong payroll exposure including previously managing projects focused on bringing process into a company function at the same time as managing the day to day role. This will be a high profile project and will be well supported by the business.
