I am looking for an Interim Qualified Finance Manager for a business on the outskirts of Hemel Hempstead.

This is a long-term interim position for 18-24 months.

This company is leading the way in its field, and this is a great opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to lead a team of 5-7 people.

The role is focused on ensuring the delivery of monthly accounts with comparisons and analysis to budget, cashflow reporting, financial statements and supporting the audit. The successful candidate will be a highly commercial individual who can build strong stakeholder relationships.

• Preparation of consolidated annual accounts
• Coordinating financial audits
• Preparing Hedge accounting documents
• Tax returns
• VAT returns
• Company Secretary responsibilities
• Business Partnering
• Change management

Experience required:

• ACCA, CIMA or ACA Qualified – ideally in Practice
• Understanding of Accounting Standards FRS101, FRS102 and IFRS
• Audit
• Experience in Budgets, Forecasts and Variance Analysis
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage varying workload
• Experience of managing a team
