Think Specialist Recruitment are pleased to be working with a large organisation based within the Borehamwood area. This leading company have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join their growing team. 
This opportunity would suit a candidate with previous experience within a marketing role, as well as someone who wants to work as part for a leading and successful company. There is the opportunity to hybrid work, but the successful candidate must be able to commute to Borehamwood. 

Salary - £32-35k plus great benefits 

Some of the duties include:

• Delivering B2C and B2B marketing campaigns 
• Tracking and measuring the success of each campaign 
• Working closely with internal and external designers
• Delivering regular reports of campaign performance including web analysis and evaluation 
• Working closely with the events team 
• Formulating strategies to build long lasting digital connection with consumers 
• Research and implement new and innovative marketing tools 
• Checking for brand consistency with marketing collateral
• Budget campaign forecasting and ensuring campaigns are kept within agreed budget 

The suitable candidate:

• Previous experience within a marketing role
• Excellent written communication skills 
• Ability to manage multiple projects 
• Can work on own initiative 
• Good analytical skills 
• Able to commute to Borehamwood 
• Great team playing
• Good communication skills
