We are pleased to be working with a client who we have worked with for a number of years who have a great culture, fully flexible hybrid working model (1 day per week in the office) and excellent benefits package. Due to a promotion, they are recruiting a permanent HRIS Specialist to work within their HR Technology team supporting the EMEA region.
We are looking for a candidate who has extensive experience of working with HR Information Systems, strong data management skills, the ability to manage HRIS projects and configure their systems, build reports and deal with integrations. Ideally candidates will have experience of Success Factors but other ERP/HRIS will be considered (Oracle, SAP HR, Workday).
We are recruiting for a Senior HR Technology Specialist to join our HR Technology team. Working in our central team you will be supporting end users and HR teams across EMEA with our core people information systems applications.
Role overview:
- Gather business requirements, configure changes in development, test and production environments, conduct system/integration testing, coordinate user acceptance testing, and training to end users
- Provide guidance and first/second line technical support, to HR users and other stakeholders to ensure effective usage of HRIS applications and drive the change management to ensure full adoption
- Support the optimization of HRIS operations and services
- Lead projects for implementation and/or enhancement of new/existing modules or other HRIS related projects
- Support the design and delivery of training initiatives for HR systems to ensure all users receive appropriate training on HR tools
- Establish and maintain up to date HRIS functional/process documentation and standard operating procedures
- Monitor interfaces between HRIS, other internal systems, and external vendor systems •
- Work with third party/vendors to research and resolve interface errors
- Act as System Administrator for all HR Systems
- Run regular batch jobs or processes as required for the efficient control of the systems.
- Ensure that employee data is robustly secure and adequate data protection controls and security are in place with our suite of HR systems
Candidate requirements:
- Degree qualified (or equivalent experience) in business related discipline.
- Excellent knowledge of HR Information systems gained across a number of organisations
- Previous knowledge of SAP Success Factors desirable
- Experience of managing HRIS projects as a project lead/project manager, within dynamic change environments with experience of identifying requirements, testing, implementation, on-going development and review.
- Excellent Project Management skills, ideally gained through formal project management training (APM/PRINCE2).
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively both within a complex matrix organization and with individuals from different countries and cultures.
- Effective persuading & influencing skills with the ability to manage stakeholders at a variety of levels.
- Experience of effectively facilitating meetings to gain the buy-in of stakeholders to ensure the success of the changes.
