Think Accountancy and Finance are seeking an experience FP&A Analyst to join a leading retail business based in Camden.

Ideally the client is looking for a Qualified Accountant with 3 years all round accounting experience especially with very good data handling and analytical skills. You will have the ability to work to tight deadlines and reprioritise at short notice. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment. This is a truly exciting role for a committed and hardworking Analyst.

The analyst will work with the FP&A manager and budget owners to create and provide clear, concise, timely and accurate Demand forecasts, budgets, analysis, scenario plans and business cases. 

Role responsibilities:

Assist with improving forecasting, budgeting and planning processes

Pricing Analyst

Price Margins

Sales Analysis

Demand Planning

Purchase and inventory planning

Scenario planning

Product / pricing and gross margin analysis

Predictive retention calculation

Market and Purchase Order analysis

Customer and lifetime value and order frequency analysis

KPI development

Sales Reporting

Revenue forecasts

Budgets vs actual reports

Business case production

Post implementation reviews

Process Improvement

Support the annual audit

Relevant experience required for the role:

Experience working in an FP&A role

Management Accounting technical knowledge experience

Advanced Excel

Clear communication skills

Strong database experience

Customer driven
