We are working with a company who manages Top Creators and is based in London. The company is a vibrant and fast-growing business that is in need of an Administrator who has experience with processing invoices.

The Managing Director is looking for someone who can take on an all-round role and support him daily with a variety of tasks as outlined below. He knows this role will include lots of different responsibilities but will be a vital hire for him at this stage of his companies journey.

It is vital that you are an outgoing and confident individual as you will work with a variety of key internal and external stakeholders. He is looking for someone who he can rely on and has the eagerness to grow their role in line with his company growth trajectory.

Duties include:

The company are currently using Quickbooks, so if you have some cloud-based accountancy system knowledge, this would be advantageous. The finance elements is low volumes but the ideal candidate will have worked in a position that included processing invoices and reconciliations. Some payroll knowledge would also be beneficial.

 

The key to this role is attitude! This opportunity would not suit someone looking to fast track to being a qualified accountant! However, it would be ideal for someone who wants to work in an SME office and be happy to help out in all areas of the office including accounts and admin.

 

You will have strong organisational skills and you will be outgoing, driven, committed and enthusiastic. This is an opportunity for a resourceful and problem-solving professional to make their mark in a growing business!
