This family run business are looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join their growing organisation. This position would suit someone who has previously working within a customer service capacity, someone who is keen to be a part of a friendly team environment, and happy to be based within the office. 

Salary - £25,000pa 

Some of the duties will include:

• Answering incoming calls from existing customers
• Processing sales orders
• Handling customer queries professionally 
• Arranging collections, issuing credits and tracking orders
• Working with other departments including the warehouse team
• Working well as part of a team
• General office administration as required 

The suitable candidate:

• Previous customer service experience (B2B preferred)
• Strong team player
• Strong communication skills on all levels 
• Good organisational skills 
• High level of attention to detail  
• Happy to be office based
