We are currently working with a growing Client based in Stevenage who are looking for an Finance Administrator to join their team. 

Overview of duties:

• Dealing with all claims from Customers and liaising with all teams to ensure an efficient and timely service is given
• Processing all invoices ( weekly and monthly) 
• Assisting with petty cash and credit card payments 
• Ordering weekly office supplies
• Being responsible for all ad-hoc arrangements required

We are looking for candidates with a strong work ethic and who would like the chance to join a hard working team. Experience of working within an Accounts or Finance role previously would be desirable  however not essential. 

This role is based in Stevenage and will be office based (working hours 9am – 5pm) with an hours lunch break.
