We are excited to be working with a marketing company based in Berkhamsted who are looking for an Client Relations Coordinator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. This is an entry level role and a fantastic opportunity for someone to learn and progress.

This role is all about establishing and maintaining positive client relationships, working alongside the Account Managers and closely with the marketing team.

This is a Monday to Friday position, hours are from 9am to 5:30pm with a 1 hour lunch break. This position is paying up to £22K. Free parking provided on-site, but these offices are within walking distance to Berkhamsted high street!  

Main responsibilities:

• Support the Account Manager with any administrative tasks.
• Project management and ownership.
• Accurate data input for all system requirements.
• Project range layouts - key focus on consistency.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure delivery against agreed SLA’s.
• Liaising with key stakeholders to ensure all comments are clearly understood/resolved and briefed into internal staff in a clear and concise way.
• Regular client visits. 
• Raise relevant issues whether client, marketing or team related, immediately to the Account Manager.
• Management and capture of all additional project charges.
• Project status reporting.
