HR Data Administrator

We have an opportunity for a Data Administrator to join a dynamic HR team in Watford! If you're immediately available for work, and comfortable processing high volumes of data, then this is the role for you! This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with a company that offers a great company culture and growth within the business.

Temporary position with the opportunity to apply for the permanent position.

Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30 

Free on-site parking

Hourly rate equivalent of £26,000pa - £28,000pa

You must be available for work immediately or within the month of June

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage HR data

- Checking timesheet hours, investigating errors and adding in corrections

- Processing team timesheets

- Helping team managers with timetables to ensure employees are working within Working Time Regulations

- Managing a shared HR inbox

Requirements:

- Strong organisational skills

- Immediately available for work

- Excellent communication abilities

- Proficiency in MS Office

- A high attention for detail
