Our client is gearing up for an exciting set of international customer events in October and November this year and require an experienced Events Manager to organise and coordinate the smooth running of the project! The role will commence in July and take ownership of the events from start to finish, culminating in attendance in Japan in the Autumn to ensure that they are a success.
Initially starting on a 3 day per week basis (ramping up to 4-5 days per week in October/November) the role will work closely with the business divisions to plan the execution of the customer invites and attendance, followed by coordinating the booking of all flights, hotels, entertainment and activities for the attendees. With a keen eye for detail, all elements will need to be organised for customers travelling from various EMEA based countries, along with any specific requests and needs that should be accommodated – from specific dietary requirements to important adaptations for cultural and religious purposes.
We are specifically looking for candidates with international events management experience who can take on this project effectively and ensure it is a huge success for their customers. Candidates must be able to commence in July on a 3 day per week basis and increase to 4-5 days in October/November, plus attend the events in person!
