Think Specialist Recruitment are working with a leading water company who serve businesses across the United Kingdom. They provide billing services, meter reads, leak detection and repair, automatic meter reading and a host of other ancillary services to provide a better service to customers, save them money on water and protect the environment.
Duties for the Customer Service Executive
- Identifying key customer stakeholders to facilitate sharing of information
- Collecting information about a customer's site, building or water infrastructure
- Populating data within our databases
- Enquiring as to changes that may have taken place on site
- Booking engineers to attend a customer's site
- Making Updates within our CRM systems
Experience
- Utilities background
- Would suit an Engineering Graduate looking to gain experience in Utilities (not essential)
- Good telephone manner, excellent communication skills
- Can persuade and motivate others to provide information
- Commercial awareness to help identify opportunities
- Any sales related experience would be beneficial (but not mandatory)
- Any previous role booking engineers to attend site would be beneficial
- Preferrably 1 years' of relevant sales experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
