Think Specialist Recruitment are working with a leading water company who serve businesses across the United Kingdom. They provide billing services, meter reads, leak detection and repair, automatic meter reading and a host of other ancillary services to provide a better service to customers, save them money on water and protect the environment.

Duties for the Customer Service Executive

• Identifying key customer stakeholders to facilitate sharing of information
• Collecting information about a customer's site, building or water infrastructure
• Populating data within our databases
• Enquiring as to changes that may have taken place on site
• Booking engineers to attend a customer's site
• Making Updates within our CRM systems

Experience

• Utilities background
• Would suit an Engineering Graduate looking to gain experience in Utilities (not essential)
• Good telephone manner, excellent communication skills
• Can persuade and motivate others to provide information
• Commercial awareness to help identify opportunities
• Any sales related experience would be beneficial (but not mandatory)
• Any previous role booking engineers to attend site would be beneficial
• Preferrably 1 years' of relevant sales experience
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
