I am currently recruiting for a HR Manager to work for a brilliant school based in Chesham with fantastic facilities free for you to utilise. The vision for this role is to help strategically move the school forward by implementing HR initiatives to guide the way. The ideal candidate will have previously operated in a standalone HR function or feel they would be able to navigate and drive the HR strategy alongside management without the support of other HR professionals.

Working pattern: 8am - 4pm (3.30pm finish on Friday)

All year-round contract with 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
