Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire is only 17 miles northwest of central London and inside the perimeter of the M25 motorway. Its an area we are very familiar with having an extensive list of clients in Watford (which is only 5 miles away) and a growing list of well qualified candidates looking for work from this area.

It’s a growing area as the town is served by the Metropolitan line and Chiltern Railways making it well connected for small businesses and some of the larger operators who form our client base here.

We are pleased to be working with a long-established SME based in the Rickmansworth area. The business is looking to recruit for their first HR Manager on a part-time basis with a view of working the equivalent of 2 days a week. The HR Manager will be responsible for supporting circa 90 members of staff and will report directly into the Chief Executive whilst also supporting the management team. A stand-alone, generalist role, we are looking for candidates that have worked in a small to medium sized business with strong, all-round HR knowledge who can deal with the day to day HR.

Full-time equivalent salary of £45,000 to £50,000 pro rata for 2 days a week (p/t salary of £18,000 to £20,000 per annum)
