This position is a nice all round position encompassing order processing, providing support to customers, quotations, supporting the sales process and more. It would suit a candidate who can work on their own initiative as well as work well as part of team, strong communication skills on all levels, as well as the ability to adapt to a busy and varied workload. 

Please note - This position will be fully office based Monday - Friday

Some of the duties will include:

• Managing customer projects, including processing orders for parts, invoices and more
• Keeping records accurately updated throughout project life cycle within SAP
• Review customer and project requirements 
• Coordinating procurement and order fulfilment activities 
• Supporting the sales team with quotations, issuing products and service
• Identifying opportunities to promote relevant products 
• Reviewing customer proposals, quotations and project documentation 
• Ensuring stock levels are maintained both physically and within SAP
• Calculate contract pricing and prepare proposals 
• Supporting with service contracts, planned maintenance visits, breakdown support spare parts and more
• Working well on own initiative as well as within team environment

The suitable candidate:

• Previous experience within a similar position
• Strong communication skills on all levels 
• Passionate about providing a high level of service
• Strong administration experience 
• Highly organised with a strong attention to detail 
• Must be able to work on own initiative 
• Strong team player
• Adaptable with approach to work
