Think Specialist Recruitment are delighted to be working with a long standing client, assisting them with finding a suitable candidate to join their team for the next 12 months starting on 1/11/2025. 

We are looking for candidates who have experience building strong relationships with customers and have proven problem-solving skills. 

Office Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00
12 month temporary assignment 

Duties to include:

• Provide support to customers and stakeholders
• Answering inbound enquiries via both telephone and email
• Manage a shared inbox
• Process customer orders
• Provide updates on stock price and availability
• Work in partnership with customers and stakeholders to resolve issues
• Run daily and weekly reports on stock and order to delivery speeds

Candidate requirements:

• Strong communication skills
• Excellent relationship building skills
• Professional and adaptable 
• Good IT skills, quick learner of new systems
