I am recruiting for a successful and growing manufacturing business based in Berkhamsted and looking for someone to join them in their customer service and internal sales team as an Internal Account Manager to provide support to the wider customer service team and outside sales team.

This is a great opportunity for someone has good people and customer skills that would like to step up into a role within a growing company and work somewhere that has good values, offers fantastic training and support, a great working environment and supportive team.

This is a permanent role which is paying £23,000 to £27,000 DOE, please note that this role is not a ‘hard sales’ role, someone that wants to provide customer accounts with a great service and build up relationships but also deal with them for orders and making sales would be ideal.

This role is based in Berkhamsted, free parking on site and working Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (1 hour lunch) or 8.30am to 5pm/8am to 4.30pm (30 minute lunch). The role is fully site based in Berkhamsted, although the need to go to a few exhibitions with the company each year may arise.

If you’ve got good customer service skills, great with people and building relationships, have soft sales skills or maybe you’re in a hard sales role and don’t want to do that element anymore, I definitely want to speak to you about this job.

Please note - Due to the location of this role, you will need to be able to commute to an office in the heart of Berkhamsted, free parking is available on site.
