Think Accountancy and Finance are recruiting for a local business in placing an experienced Credit Controller. This role will suit someone who has experience in Credit Control and Customer Account Management. 

• This is a high-volume credit control/collections position.
• Regular and proactive contact by telephone, letter, and e-mail regarding invoices which are outstanding for payment
• Ensure the portfolio of customers are prioritised in accordance with debt value and age
• Logging invoice queries and directing them to other business areas
• Liaise with all other business areas to ensure the timely resolution of queries
• Logging all collection notes on database
• Establishing rapport & maintaining good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Analysing and preparing data for regular conference calls and customer visits
• Ensure that excellent customer relations are maintained at all times
• Offer an excellent customer experience

The suitable candidate:

• Previous experience within Credit Control
• High level of Customer Service
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills 
• Ability to handle difficult situations with Customers
• Able to work in fast paced environment
• Strong team player
• Strong MS Office Skills including Excel 
• Strong communication skills on all levels
