Think Specialist Recruitment is pleased to be working with a global company with their UK headquarters based on the outskirts of Watford. We are recruiting a PA for a CEO who works internationally and has a highly demanding schedule, to provide traditional PA support to the CEO on both a business and personal level (including some out of hours work). Based in fantastic offices and with an excellent benefits package, candidates MUST have proven experience of providing high level PA support to a CEO or of an equivalent level.

 

Overview of role:

• Provide PA support to CEO
• Organising extensive international travel
• Arranging flights, transfers, accommodation
• Composing reports and presentations
• Scheduling meetings and ensuring CEO has required documents
• Full administrative support as required
• Flexibility and being available to assist outside of hours
• Attending meetings, taking minutes and following-up/chasing actions
• Assisting the CEO with any additional tasks (including personal/ family matters)

Candidate requirements:

• Previous PA experience at a senior level
• Eager to learn, continuous improvement mindset and a desire to exceed expectations
• Positive, caring, and a ‘can do’ attitude
• Focus on solution and service, rather than being task-oriented
• Willingness to work flexibly and out-side of office hours
