We are pleased to be working with an International organisation based in the Watford area. They are looking for an experienced Sales Support Representative to join their team. This person needs to be a strong team player with great communication skills, previous experience is preferred. 

Some of the duties will include:

• Providing administrative support to members of the Regional Sales team 
• Dealing with telephone and email enquiries 
• General administration, including handling spreadsheets 
• Setting up new clients onto the system, keeping records up to date
• Process and manage purchase orders
• Order entry ensuring to have order confirmation from clients 
• Provide high levels of customer service 

The candidate:

• Previous experience within a Sales Support environment is preferred
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organisational skills 
• Good team player
• Ability to manage a heavy workload, prioritising where necessary
