Key Responsibilities:

• Scheduling collections and deliveries for UK & European vehicle(s)
• Liaising with Drivers / warehouse to plan loading to & from vehicles
• Checking shipping documentation and customs clearance are correct
• Gaining relevant paperwork/documents for items being shipped to different countries/continents
• Raising order paperwork and delivery notes General administrative duties as requested
• Receiving orders from customers and ensuring these are dealt with quickly
• Loading orders onto the in-house system
• Overseeing orders from start to finish
• Ensuring customers are kept up to date on their order status
• Liaising with the warehouse team to ensure goods are packed and shipped
• Updating customers if a delivery is running late or more information on an item is required
• Dealing with any customer enquiries via phone and email

Candidate Requirements:

• Good geographical knowledge
• Scheduling/logistical experience
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Multi-taking ability
• Organised worker
