We are recruiting for a well-established international company that has their UK headquarters based in Hemel Hempstead. Currently recruiting for a Sales Office Manager/Customer Service Manager to manage and lead a small team to ensure that the department runs smoothly and their customers receive a fantastic level of service. The team are responsible for customer service, processing orders through to delivery, providing quotes and proactively contacting customers to promote offers and encourage repeat business. 

We are looking for strong Managers with an understanding of both customer service and sales, along with a warm and supportive personality.
