We are recruiting for a well-established international company that has their UK headquarters based in Hemel Hempstead. Currently recruiting for a Sales Office Manager/Customer Service Manager to manage and lead a small team to ensure that the department runs smoothly and their customers receive a fantastic level of service. The team are responsible for customer service, processing orders through to delivery, providing quotes and proactively contacting customers to promote offers and encourage repeat business. 

We are looking for strong Managers with an understanding of both customer service and sales, along with a warm and supportive personality.

Role overview:

• Managing a customer service/sales team of 5
• Ensuring team are motivated and performing to a high standard
• Overseeing order cycle and making sure orders are fulfilled
• Actively managing some customer accounts
• Solve any issues with orders and deal with any escalated complaints
• Analysing sales and customer data to identify trends
• Utilising data for sales purposes and passing to marketing for appropriate campaigns
• Contributing to the company business plans
• Taking responsibility for the success and development of the department

Candidate requirements:

• Previous management experience in a customer service and/or sales capacity
• Excellent leadership skills
• Understanding of a sales order cycle
• Supportive, warm and diplomatic character
