Our client, a successful family run organisation based in Croxley Green, are looking for a Marketing and Admin Assistant to join their growing team. The Marketing department are a key part of this business, this position is working with some of the companies key brands.

Some of the duties will include:

* Develop a good understanding of the relevant brands
* Updating and filing of brand information and competitor activity 
* Monitor competitor activity on a regular basis, looking at advertising, promotion, pricing and more
* Updating and distributing monthly sales forecast
* Assist Marketing department with preparation of presentations as required
* Liaise with Sales team in relation to media activity, media updates and trade promotion activity 
* Liaise with PR agencies to arrange delivery of product samples
* Attend occasional field meetings with field sales team 

Required skills for this position:

* Previous Marketing experience is essential
* A recognised qualification is desirable 
* Quick to learn 
* Strong Excel, Word and Microsoft skills  
* Strong communication skills on all levels
