Think Specialist Recruitment are pleased to be working with a well-established international company currently seeking a Facilities Coordinator to work in their modern office in Watford. We are looking for an organised, energetic candidate, with a can-do attitude and ability to manage multiple responsibilities. Helping the office to run smoothly, you will play a pivotal role in what is a very successful company. This is initially on a fixed term contract basis with the potential to become permanent.
Overview of duties:
Covering for the facilities manager when she is off
Scanning, filing and paperwork
Organising events
Diary management
Booking meetings and managing meeting rooms
Dealing with Facilities and IT service providers
Ordering and stocktaking equipment and stationary
General administration
