Data Support Co-Ordinator

Responsibilities

• Technical approach and ability to design questionnaires, implement them and create reports
• Ability to manipulate data to provide detailed group reports and (if required) analyse data using SPSS
• Liaising clients and colleagues to tailor questionnaires
• Set up projects on supplier platforms
• Dealing with enquires (phone & email)
• Preparing reports, cross-charges and invoices
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the company products to provide proactive and clear communication to clients and colleagues
• Suggesting training and monitoring market trends
• Research, design, create, collating, and reviewing material such as questionnaires, slides, workbooks, handouts and presentations

The successful candidate will be:

• Client focused with a passion for delivering excellent service
• Organised, detail orientated and able to work accurately at speed delivering competing demands with minimum need for supervision
• Technically confident, a quick learner and with strong computer skills e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Qualtrics, Webex, SPSS and supplier databases (training will be provided)
• Confident to deliver presentations and talk to clients and colleagues of all levels
• Flexible to take on other responsibilities
• Willing to go above and beyond where necessary
• An excellent communicator both written and verbal
• Someone who brings positive energy, initiative and is able to work in a team environment
• Able to negotiate and influence at all levels
• Able to work with high level of confidentiality
• Ideally you will have a Psychology degree or equivalent qualification (desirable but not essential)
• Knowledge of Salesforce (not essential)
