Think Specialist Recruitment have registered a great role for Customer Service Advisors to join an expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team who have grown significantly and have some major plans to continue over the coming years.

Working in an open plan, vibrant and friendly office, it will be your duty to provide front line support for customers. The nature of calls will be incredibly varied from offering advice and guidance through to handling complaints and ensuring all compliance checks are completed. The ideal candidate will have fantastic and clear communication skills, always be professional, good personality and demonstrate a good energy when speaking with customers.

Offering a salary of £20,000 - £24,000 you will also be entitled to a quarterly bonus (up to 20% of salary dependent on performance). Working hours will be Monday to Friday between 8am and 8pm (8 hour shift between those times) with 1 in 4 Saturdays or Sundays with a day off in the week in lieu.

Duties to include:

• Ability to provide front line support
• Handle queries whilst updating CRM platforms
• Maintaining integrity of case load; ensuring letters, emails and calls are dealt with and resolved to agreed SLAs and to the highest standard
• Identify, manage and resolve customer complaints to a high standard
• Closely managing all customer disputes with retailers to completion and/or escalation to service manager or Compliance Team
• Completing courtesy calls to customers pre/post completion
• To carry out all actions in accordance with the firms' policy and Service Level Agreements
• Working closely with the other colleagues to ensure that the business is focused on enhancing the customer and client experience while remaining compliant to its regulatory requirements
• Escalation of challenging accounts to Service Manager
• Ensure adherence to internal/external compliance and audit requirements
• All other associated duties and responsibilities

Candidate requirements:

• Experience in a phone based customer service role is essential
• Strong communications skills
• Work with great attention to detail
• Ability to handle sensitive situations
• Have a good energy over the phone when speaking to customers
