My client, a well-established business based in Borehamwood, are looking for an Administrator to join their team. Previous experience working as a Mortgage Administrator or within the Financial Services sector would be a real advantage for this position. With the nature of this role, you will have a proven track record in working with accuracy and attention to detail to the highest standard.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare information and paperwork and submit information via internal systems
• Work on an application from initial stage through to completion
• Manage workloads with pipelines coming in from other departments 
• Act as the first point of contact for the client
• Assist in supporting the client with any queries or enquiries
• Guide the client through the process and speak to others involved to ensure everything is running smoothly
• Working to achieve fast turnaround times for the clients
• Building and maintaining relationships
• Working to resolve issues and troubleshooting for the clients
• Invoicing and chasing money owed
• General admin and office support duties

Candidate requirements:

• Administrative experience within the Mortgage or Financial Services industry would be desirable
• Proven ability to work with exception levels of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong Administrative experience
• Ability to work well to tight deadlines and under pressure
• Organised and methodical
• Willingness to learn with a “can do” attitude
