This exciting position is to add to the new, but ever growing customer service department. The role is based in their UK head office in Luton, we are seeking an ambitious, personable and driven Customer Service Advisor. The selected candidate will have the chance to develop and grow with the department over time.
In this varied role, it will be your duty to liaise with vendors as requested by customers. You will be promoting the benefits of the service provided along with answering all enquiries and queries along the way. As the role includes liaising with all internal departments along with external suppliers, excellent communications skills are required. The ideal candidate will possess the highest customer service skills, good IT skills and have the ability to work to deadlines.
