The main aim of the role is to ensure the highest levels of Customer Service are always maintained along with converting sales opportunities when they arise. Due to the nature of the product, you will need to have a technical mind and be able to handle queries or enquiries effectively and efficiently. The suitable candidate will have experience with Customer Service and Sales.
