Think Specialist Recruitment has registered a great opportunity to become part of a newly formed Customer Service team which is based in Hatfield. This position is based in modern offices with a friendly, relaxed and caring culture. Our client, who works within the Insurance sector, has a fresh approach and ensures that the customer is their priority.

The successful candidate will have experience of working within both an insurance and claims environment or be seeking a change of career from a Veterinary Nurse or a role within the Veterinary industry. You will need to have an empathetic approach whilst dealing with animals and understand the relationships between them and their owners. Along with offering excellent customer service, we are seeking an applicant who is organised, a quick learner and comfortable working a 37.5 hours per week shift pattern which include 2 Saturday mornings per month.
