Think Specialist Recruitment has registered an excellent opportunity to work for a market leader within a lively head office based in Harpenden. We are seeking a candidate who has previous experience within customer service, ideally over the phone, to join a vibrant and exciting team.

The role is based within the Customer Service department and will vary with every call you receive. It will be your duty to answer incoming queries, place orders, handle complaints and ensure the high level of Customer Service is maintained. The ideal candidate will be confident, outgoing and computer literate with excellent communication skills.
