This company have an exciting opportunity for an E-Commerce Administrator to join their team. This position would suit someone who has previous administration experience, a intermediate level of Excel is a must have, previous E-Commerce experience is desirable but not essential. 
This company operate within an exciting industry, and for the right candidate this is a brilliant opportunity to join a growing team. 

Salary - £26-28k
Please note - this is an office based role

Some of the duties will include:

• List all items for Amazon ensuring key words are correct
• Price check all items to ensure company margins are met
• Check all shipment dates are correct
• Arranging all stock to be delivered to Amazon
• Analyse sales data and forecast sales projections
• Ensure all PO's are linked to sales orders 
• Investigate stock discrepancies 
• Investigate and process refunds
• Communicating with Amazon
• Liaising with 3rd party warehouse 
• Ensure all sales orders are raised on the system correctly

The suitable candidate:

• Previous experience with Excel - intermediate level
• Previous administration experience
• Ability to manage a varied workload
• Good Analytical skills 
• Strong communication skills
• Great team player
• High level of attention to detail
