Think Accountancy and Finance are looking for 3 Credit Controllers for a Global business near Slough. This role requires candidates who excel in building and maintaining relationships both internally and externally. The role will include visiting clients off site so will suit someone who enjoys working with stakeholders at all levels.

This is a great opportunity for someone who also enjoys improving and developing processes. The position also will allow the successful applicants to mentor and train staff once established in the company.

They offer a hybrid working with 50% home working.

Role overview:

• High volume Credit Control
• Supporting Accounts Receivable
• To work towards agreed targets and KPIs
• Carry out customer visits to build customer relationships
• Process improvement projects
• Work with customer service at the forefront of your mind
• Managing customer billing and debt related enquiries
• Liaise with local and regional account managers to support the key accounts
• Be the POC for clients for all queries
• Keep client notes completely up to date at all times
• Keep client details up to date
• Understand and escalate issues to seek a timely resolution

My client is looking for someone with a minimum of one years experience with specific experience in collections or accounts receivable.

Experience required:

• Equivalent credit control experience
• Be able to prioritise workload
• Assertiveness and negotiation skills to pursue prompt payments
• Excellent telephone manner
• Able to meet clients in person.
• ERP system experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Excel

This role is hybrid and paying up to £30,500 dependent on experience. The business support their staff with a generous benefits package.
