Think Accountancy have partnered with an exciting business in Hemel Hempstead in the recruitment of an Interim Financial Accountant.

Our client requires someone for 6-9 months and is offering a salary of £50,000-£55,000 per annum.

The position will support the manager with preparing management accounts and cashflow forecasts including quarterly variance analysis for some key clients.

Key responsibilities include

• Assistance with onboarding new clients
• Reading and collating information from contracts
• Assistance with audit
• Review of statutory accounts
• Variance analysis report reviews
• Distribution cashflow review and dividend calcs & board prep
• Distribution payment request forms
• Board pack reviews & board prep
• VAT return reviews
• Review price checks (ensure all are set up and working)
• Any other ad-hoc tasks/queries as received

The successful applicant will be Qualified or Part Qualified with relevant experience in a Financial Accountant role. You will require excellent technical accounting skills as well as advanced Excel.
