This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to join a fantastic organisation. The successful candidate will need to have previous experience at Marketing Manager level, with experience of people management and experience within the Finance industry. This is a really exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join a leading company. 
This will be a hybrid working role, which required 2 days in the office in Watford, so the successful candidate will need to be able to get to Watford. 

Salary range - £65,000 - £75,000 plus fantastic benefits 

Some of the duties will include:

• Mentor and coach the Marketing teams across UK and Nordics
• Develop, coordinate and monitor the execution of marketing campaigns
• Working with regional sales leaders to formulate strong marketing plans
• Establish clear commercial targets, priorities and key success factors in line with global strategies 
• Providing leadership to the UK marketing team 
• Working closely with the sales team to accelerate business growth
• Being responsible for managing the marketing budget
• Applying knowledge, experience and leadership to support the companies ongoing success 
• Be present in the office 2 days a week 

The successful candidate:

• Previous experience within a similar role, including international experience
• Team management experience is essential 
• Experience within financial services is desired
• Strong marketing background with experience in both strategic planning and execution
• Strong relationship building skills 
• Clear communication skills on all levels 
• Ability to communicate big ideas, lead meetings and presentations 
• Commutable distance to Watford
