We have a new HR Administrator position available working with an exciting company that is rapidly growing in their sector. While HR experience is a bonus, the HR team are prioritising personality fit to this role when looking at potential candidates. This role will be fast-paced, so criteria is someone who is driven, hard-working and has the ability to work under pressure. Ideally this candidate will have experience working in a confidential environment and understand the importance of this.

You would be working alongside a fantastic team of 5 who are all incredibly friendly, supportive, and have a real positive outlook to every task they undertake. Duties Include:

• Completing full onboarding and offboarding process and all administration involved
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation, collation and filing of all offer documentation and contracts
• Assisting recruitment process by helping to shortlist candidates and keeping ATS updated with process.
• Liaise with recruitment sources and candidates to arrange and coordinate interviews
• Meet and greet candidates attending interviews
• Maintain and ensure HRIS system is kept up to date with all changes.
• Maintenance of online HR filing system including transfer and disposal of records according to retention schedules and policies
• Assisting with pension and benefits processing in conjunction with the HR Manager.
• Assist in the preparation of Payroll, ready for checking and sending to the Payroll company
• Manage online training platforms, ensuring courses are completed as required, and liaising with providers to enable best use of the system
• Providing regular reports and chasing any mandatory training when necessary
• Ensuring security and confidentiality of all HR records, including archiving and shredding of confidential documents
• Managing HR inboxes and distributing to the relevant team member for action

Candidate requirements:

• Effective communication skills; verbal, electronic and written
• Positive ‘can-do’ attitude
• Computer literate and competent in Microsoft Word / Excel / PowerPoint
• Administration experience in a busy office
• Experience working confidentially
• Team player
• Excellent organisational skills
