We are pleased to be recruiting for a Senior Administrator & Estimator to join a hard-working, successful team based in Hemel Hempstead. This is a permanent, full-time position which is fully office based.

Ideally, we are looking for candidates with experience or working in an environment where you are around designs, blueprints, estimates etc. This position will also involve liaising with clients and continuing to build their client pipeline but be assured this isn’t a sales role, they have a huge number of clients, and they are more focussed on harnessing these relationships.

This role is paying a salary of £28k to £30k for the right person, to get the top end this person will need to be customer service focussed, numerical and able to process quotes.

The hours for this position are Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 5pm with an early close down on Fridays.

Key duties:

• Provide quotations to main contractors, sub-contractors and consultants
• Telephone & email support of products
• Contact clients on a weekly basis to discuss orders/projects
• Track quotations/projects and update the project sheet accordingly
• Provide a consistent quality of customer service
• Acquire detailed knowledge of products to effectively support customer queries
• Ensure speedy response to each and every customer enquiry

Candidate requirements:

• Excellent communication skills.
• High attention to detail/figures.
• Mathematically minded.
• Ideally background/experience in design.
• Strong IT skills including experience of using MS Excel, Work, CRM systems.
