The company now seek an Accounts Supervisor to join the team. This is a busy role they are looking for someone who have experience working in a hands on capacity whilst managing/supervising a small team.

It is essential that you have a good management style and proven experience of setting objectives and targets as well as training and developing staff in your teams.

Duties include:

• Management of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable staff
• Bank account reconciliations
• Group recharges
• Employee expenses
• Treasury
• Sales invoicing and credit control
• Month end, Quarter end and year end processing
• Approving payments
• Payment runs
• Process Improvement
• Weekly, monthly and yearly team reviews
• Objective setting

The client is seeking an experienced supervisor/manager with experience in:

• Double entry Bookkeeping
• VAT
• Foreign Currencies
• AP and AR
• Cash book management
• Reconciliations

The successful candidate will have the ability to manage day-to-day activities of a finance team and have a focus on continuous improvement whilst delivering to deadlines set. It is essential this person has strong Excel.

They are looking for a manager who will be hands on and happy to get involved in duties across the team. This role is ideal for a leader who is positive, able to make an impact and manage people at different stages of their career.
