Think Accountancy and Finance are pleased to be supporting a local business in St Albans who is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant. This is a high-volume position, so it is essential you have experience in a position where your focus was accounts payable.
My client is looking for someone with good ERP systems experience and intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft 365 Office.
The Accounts Payable Assistant will be accountable for matching coding invoices, running BACS payments, reconciling statements as well as working out VAT payments.
Job responsibilities:
Hours of work: 8:45am – 5:00pm
This role is initially office based and hybrid working is available after probation is passed.
Free parking available on site
It is essential that you have good experience in Accounts Payable and can also be available at short notice. Experience in an ERP System is highly desirable.
