This rapidly growing organisation have an exciting opportunity for a technically minded candidate to join their team. This would suit a candidate who has previous office based experience, some technical knowledge would be an advantage, or an interest in computers, and a willingness to learn. 

Salary - £23,000 plus great benefits 

Some of the duties will include: 

• Handling inbound calls and emails assisting customers with a variety of technical queries
• Liaise with mobile network providers to diagnose connectivity issues
• Providing support to internal and external teams
• Creating technical support tickets and follow ups 
• Completing product investigations 
• Assisting with technical team queries 

The suitable candidate:

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills 
• Strong team player 
• Good organisational skills 
• Interest in computing
• Some previous technical knowledge would be an advantage
• 5 GCSE's at grade A-C or equivalent
