We are currently working with a growing Client based in Berkhamsted who are looking for an Accounts Administrator to join their growing Finance Division.

This vacancy would be ideal for recent Graduates and candidates who are looking for a stepping stone into their Career within Accountancy and Finance.

The successful candidate will join a fast paced and friendly family based business.

Overview of duties:

• Inputting key data 
• Processing Invoices
• First point of contact for the team, ensuring customer focused approach to internal and external contacts
• Matching Invoices to purchase orders
• Credit card processing
• Scanning post, invoices and letters
• Represent the organisation and uphold the organisations reputation and values
• We are looking for candidates with a strong work ethic and who would like the chance to join a hard-working team.

This role is based in Berkhamsted and will be office based (working hours 9am – 5pm) with an hours lunch break.
