We are pleased to be recruiting for a Sales Executive, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a company ranked in the top 100 companies to work for.
We are looking for someone with Sales experience, ideally within a Business-to-Business Sales role. As part of your role, you will be responsible for growing the company’s sales pipeline and achieving results in line with KPI’s!
This is a Monday to Friday role, hours are from 9am – 5:30pm, along with the fantastic opportunity for hybrid working! The role is paying £30,500!

Duties:
- Hit and exceed targets by identifying, targeting, developing, and closing new accounts.
- Using all appropriate communication channels to reach prospects and promote the company
- Promoting the company’s membership offering to agents and deliver product demonstrations online and face to face.
- Holding responsibility for the full sales cycle from initial lead generation to closing.
- Working closely with the marketing team to create targeted, trackable, and measurable acquisition and brand awareness campaigns to generate inbound leads.
- Consistently build and maintain a healthy pipeline to achieve maximum revenue and exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs.
- Gaining insight from customers and prospective customers to utilise in marketing campaigns and drive business improvement.
- Attend and present at industry events to promote the company to both new and existing customers.
- Confidently promote offerings and resolve customer questions as required.
- Using tools such as social media, industry news and networking
- Develop research projects as instructed.
- Ensuring that all policies and procedures are in accordance with good equal opportunities practice.
Candidate requirements:
- Solution sales experience into medium sized businesses accounts at senior management/director level.
- Having a successful track record of achieving revenue targets with a consultative sales approach.
- Strong sense of initiative and personal leadership demonstrating the ability to function independently but must also be able to contribute to team initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Being familiar with standard business software such as MS Office, Excel, CRM solutions and video communication platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc).
- Must have a UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for attending industry events and client visits.
