Think Specialist Recruitment are pleased to be working with a growing organisation based within the Welwyn Garden City area. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has customer service/administrative experience, with previous industry experience within manufacturing or distribution. 
This is an office based position, so the successful candidate will need to be able to commute to Welwyn Garden City. 

Some of the duties will include:

• Processing customer orders
• Providing a high level of customer service 
• Dealing with incoming purchase orders
• Creating quotations using SAP 
• Updating sales orders accordingly 
• Working with internal departments to ensure smooth process of customer orders 
• Work well as part of a team 
• General administration as required 

The suitable candidate:

• Previous industry experience in distribution or manufacturing
• Ability to manage a heavy workload effectively
• Strong communication skills on all levels 
• Previous SAP experience is preferred but not essential 
• Great attention to detail 
• Good team player 
• Great customer service experience 
• Ability to commute to Welwyn Garden City
