Think Specialist Recruitment are recruiting for a Compliance Specialist to join a Global organisation at their head office in Watford on a part-time basis.

We are looking for a candidate who can join the team in April. This will be on an on-going temporary basis with the view to move permanent.

This is a position where you can develop within a growing business. Providing legal and compliance support for the EMEA region.

This is a part-time opportunity, working 20 hours per week split across 5 days. Can be offered as a remote position or hybrid working (2 days in the office and 2 days from home).

Duties:

• Review and approve agreement with institutions, professionals and third-party contractors across the EMEA
• Ensure relevant documentation is present on the compliance system
• Obtain relevant documentation for the compliance system
• Follow internal compliance processes and chase outstanding cases
• Extract, collate and report data

Candidate requirements:

• Previous compliance experience
• Knowledge of MS Office packages including Excel for data collation/ analysis
• Excellent communication skills
• Methodical with a high attention to detail
• Investigative, curious and proactive
• Ability to work with confidentiality

An extra plus – A second language (Arabic or a European language)
