We are recruiting a Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Manager for a global business with their UK headquarters based in Hemel Hempstead. A hybrid working role with some weekly presence required in the office (ideally 1-2 days per week but flexible) the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for recruiting roles across their head office functions with an emphasis on direct hiring utilising their fantastic resources and brand reputation.
We are ideally looking for candidates with internal recruitment experience who have the expertise to work with all hiring managers and key stakeholders in the business, whilst taking ownership of their recruitment process across the UK and Ireland.
