Think Specialist Recruitment has registered a fantastic opportunity to work with a successful and growing international business. Working from their UK head office in Hemel Hempstead, my client is seeking an enthusiastic, driven and professional Key Account Administrator to join their team.
You will be the primary point of contact for key accounts which include leading UK retailers and independent stores. The role will include building and maintaining relationships along with answering any queries or enquiries regarding orders. It will be your duty to forecast and process orders, allocate stock from warehouses around the world and oversee the delivery process ensuring you are liaising with the right contacts should any issues arise.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional Administration and Customer Service skills. You will require very good communication skills, have a positive approach and be very organised. Working within a team of 4, you will need to show initiative and be able to contribute in other areas of the business if needed.
