Our leading client are part of the automotive industry, they have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service candidate to join their expanding team. The suitable candidate will need to have previous office based Customer Service experience.
Salary - £22,000 - £24,000
Hybrid working - must be able to travel to Watford
Some of the duties include:
· Responsible for all inbound and outbound customer queries
· Handle customer interaction through to completion, proactively chasing responses internally and externally
· Respond to all customer interaction articulately and professionally
· Take time to understand the customer's needs, looking for the root cause
· Delivering difficult messages, using each opportunity to explain situations thoroughly
· Make calls instead of sending emails in the first instance where possible
· Management of internal and external systems, keeping information accurate and up to date
· Responsible for complex, demanding customer cases
· Responsible for initial customer complaint investigations
· Escalates issues quickly to relevant ADM

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Polite, professional, articulate telephone manner and email ability
· Thrives when working as part of a team
· Ability to flex and prioritise to meet varied business pressures
· High accuracy levels and attention to detail
· Confident in handling extremely difficult or sensitive situations
