My client are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team, ideally someone with previous experience within the Construction industry, or experience of working within Health and Safety. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player with great communication skills, someone who enjoys a hands on and varied role. 

Salary - £24,000 - £25,000pa 

08:30 – 17:30 Monday to Friday - office based 

Some of the duties will include: 

• Management of electronic and hard copy personnel records
• Management of competency expiration dates and booking training courses etc
• Ordering equipment and materials
• Managing ID cards and access permits
• Document management of all HSQE documentation including system and project documents
• Maintenance of document library including technical standards
• Management of approved supplier database including arranging supplier induction and expiry of competencies and insurances etc
• Management of maintenance and equipment registers
• Fault/issue log for items identified during audit
• Management of contract training plans
• Personnel and right to work vetting
• Planning and booking of internal workshops
• Arranging random D&A testing
• Management of external audit programme
• Site waste management plans and records
• Preparation and management of CITB grant applications
• Assistance with external audits
• Maintenance of building fire records and testing of fire alarm
• Preparation of monthly report in respect of all activities
