Do you have experience of managing change projects?  Are you available for an initial 6 month FTC?  Think Human Resources are pleased to be partnering with a global technology business to recruit a HR Business Partner on an initial 6 month contract to be responsible for a change management project that has arisen due to the acquisition of another business.

Hybrid working will be available with a couple of days per week required from their Hemel Hempstead office and the rest from home with flexible working on offer. There will also be some European travel, pre-planned and approximately once every 5-6 weeks.

The role….

The main initial focus of the role will be the integration of the new entity into the organisation on an international basis.  The postholder will design and manage the core activities to ensure alignment of the newly acquired business with the systems and processes of the parent company. The HR Business Partner will also provide focus and support to relevant stakeholders on the cultural integration of the new business. 

Once the initial integration has taken place, the role will then take on more of a generalist focus to ensure full HR support is provided to the new employees (circa 100) and an ongoing smooth transition into the organisation.

Candidate requirements….

We are ideally looking for candidates with previous Change experience (ideally mergers and acquisitions), along with some international HR exposure (preferably European) plus strong generalist HR experience.
